Appello wasn't born in Silicon Valley. It was built inside Vanos Insulations, a mechanical insulation contractor in Ontario.
For two years, our CEO Corey embedded himself in their operations—sitting in the manufacturing facility, learning what elbows and duct insulation fabrication looked like, watching the owner spend every Sunday night calculating union payroll across three different spreadsheets.
