Can I rebuild our existing paper forms?
Yes. The builder covers fourteen question types, sections that continue or skip on an answer, and signatures. Most contractors rebuild their JHA, toolbox talk, pre-use inspections and incident report in the first week.
What does a submission capture automatically?
The worker, the job, GPS position, timestamp and device. Photos and PIN signatures are captured when the form asks for them.
Do forms work without a signal?
They need a connection to submit. The Appello mobile app sends a form over cell or Wi-Fi; on a site with no signal, the foreman submits it once back in coverage.
Can someone outside my company sign a form?
Yes, in person. A signature question captures a signature from someone without an Appello login.
