How are union wage tables handled?
As versioned employment agreements with rate labels (base, vacation, pension, health and welfare, and so on). Assign a worker to an agreement and a trade level and the timesheet resolves the rate.
Do new hires need a computer to onboard?
No. Onboarding documents are read and signed on the phone through Dropbox Sign.
Is e-signature included?
E-signature uses Dropbox Sign, which requires your own Dropbox Sign account. Policy acknowledgements and form signatures do not.
