Questions we get about training
Can Appello block a dispatch for a missing certification?
No — it warns. Jobs and projects can require certification types. On the daily schedule, a worker who is missing one or has an expired card shows red, and one that is expiring soon shows yellow. You can still assign them.
How do workers keep their own records current?
They see their certifications in the mobile app and can upload a photo of a renewed card; the record and the matrix update.
What can I send a GC who asks for training records?
A branded PDF for a worker: every certification, the expiry dates and the scanned cards, with your logo.
